WHAT TO EXPECT
If you’re here for a medical visit, you can expect a thorough medical history and physical with consensual pelvic exam (if applicable) along with specific diagnostic testing and blood work.
If you’re here for a physical therapy visit, you can expect an evaluation of your symptoms, a physical exam, and discuss goals for your treatment plan.
If you’re here for a mental health visit, you can expect a detailed intake session where you lead the conversation in discussing your history and your goals in a safe and supportive space.
It is important to maximize our time together and all forms must be filled out before your appointment.
