Sexual Medicine Physician Associate Fellowship

The Fosnight Center is excited to announce the first Physician Assistant/Associate Fellowship in Sexual Medicine. This one-year, post-graduate fellowship program is appropriate for new PA graduates, as well as experienced PAs wishing to change disciplines or career paths. At this time, only ONE fellow will be chosen.

Fellowship Director: Aleece Fosnight, PA-C
Candidate Citizenship Requirement: US Citizenship
Fellowship Duration: 12 months (option second year with research/business focus)

Application Schedule: February 1 – April 15
Interview Schedule: May 1 – May 15
Anticipated Start Date: October 1, 2025

Salary: $70,000 – $75,000/year depending on experience.  CME stipend and other expenses will be determined upon acceptance.

Curriculum Schedule:

  • 2 months general sexual medicine
  • 4 months of women’s* sexual health
  • 4 months of men’s* sexual health
  • 2 months gender affirming care

This onsite fellowship at the Fosnight Center offers a comprehensive training experience, including direct patient care, structured didactic sessions, experiential learning, hands-on procedural training, and immersive clinical engagements.

The Fosnight Center is excited to announce we are looking for an enthusiastic sex therapist to join our growing team!

Therapist Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctoral level education
  • Licensed to practice in North Carolina
  • Sexual health and/or sex therapy training
  • Tenacious and independently driven
  • Trauma-informed and size-inclusive
  • LGBTQIA+ affirming

This position will see clients in-person and virtually during office hours, including Fridays and evenings.  No weekends required.

Employment Benefits:

  • W2 employment with competitive commission-based pay rate for billable hours
  • 15-20 client sessions per week with max of 25 client sessions per week
  • Control over schedule
  • Dedicated office space and HIPAA compliant telemedicine and EHR
  • Internal referrals
  • Continuing education compensation for therapists who average 20 sessions per week

This position is considered part-time and no PTO or medical/dental/vision benefits or 401k benefits are offered.
