Amanda Guyton (she/her) is a physician associate specializing in sexual medicine who is passionate about helping patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healthcare.
Her interest in sexual medicine began while working in OB/GYN prior to PA school, where she saw how often sexual health concerns were minimized, stigmatized, or left unaddressed. That experience shaped her commitment to creating a clinical space where patients feel safe discussing sensitive topics and where their concerns are taken seriously.
Amanda’s approach to care centers on deep listening and shared decision making. She recognizes that people, especially those assigned female at birth, have historically been dismissed in medicine. She works collaboratively with patients to explore treatment options and develop care plans that align with their goals, values, and lived experiences. Her goal is to support patients in living as their most authentic selves.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys mountain biking, listening to bluegrass music, and spending time outdoors with her spouse and their two dogs.
